How are my Rent Credits applied against my rent?

One of the most exciting benefits of being a Loftium host is further discounting your monthly rent through great hosting. Rent Credits earned will automatically apply to your rent, and reduce your monthly rent owed even further.

Step 1: Earn Rent Credits! Rent Credits are earned when guests have a great experience in your home.

Step 2: Watch your Rent Credits accrue! Rent Credit payment cycles take place from the 16th of the month through the 15th of the next month.

Step 3: Pay less rent! Loftium applies your Rent Credit earnings against your rent and automatically updates your rent amount. Rent Credits are applied to the month following the payment cycle close on the 15th.

When are rent credits applied against my rent?
