As a host, you are generally required to accept reservations where a guest might bring an assistance animal, even if your listing doesn't allow for pets. These include both Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals.

Hosts are expected to reasonably accommodate reservations where an assistance animal may be present. Rare exceptions may be made only if there’s a serious threat to health or safety.

Note: Depending on your home, you may limit guests from bringing pets - however, assistance animals or service animals, such as seeing-eye dogs, aren’t considered pets.

If you have any questions about your guest stay or inquiry, please reach out to the Loftium team for help!
