Depending on when a reservation is canceled, a guest may receive a partial refund. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If a guest requests a cancellation more than seven days before the Check-in time, the guest will receive a refund of the total cost of the Stay less a $100 cancellation fee.
  • If a guest requests a cancellation within seven days before Check-in time (but before the actual Check-in time), the guest will receive a refund of 50% of the Booking Fee.
  • If a guest requests a cancellation at any point after the Check-in time, the guest will not receive any refund, and automatically forfeits any payment made.
