It's definitely worrisome if your guest doesn't show up, or update you when their stay begins! If you haven't heard from your guest through messages, try a different form a contact, such as a text, email, or call.
Heads up! Guests may be in transit (and delays do happen!) and unable to respond back quickly. Or, if they're traveling internationally, be mindful that they may have a different phone number or infrequent access to cellular data.
If your guest cancels, or doesn't show up for an ongoing reservation, Loftium will adhere to the guest cancellation policy.
