If your guest cancels their reservation, the booked dates on your calendar will reopen so that you can host other guests, and they'll automatically receive a refund amount according to your listing's cancellation policy.
Cancellations before check-in
Guests who cancel are automatically refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
Cancellations after check-in
If your guest cancels after they’ve already checked in, they're required to leave the guest space as soon as they cancel, and the cancellation policy terms still apply.
If a guest cancelled after check-in you are still eligible to receive a rent credit but you must reach out to Renter Support.
