  • Falsely represent the guest unit, give misleading information or present information in such a way as to dissuade guests from booking.
  • Decline to host, impose different terms or conditions to, or post any listing or make any statement that discourages or indicates a preference for or against any guest based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, age, or any actual or perceived disability.
  • Decline or cancel a guest stay with an emotional support or service animal in accordance with applicable law.
