General Information on Cancellations
Like finding the right location and amenities, cancellation policies are super important considerations for guests. As part of the booking process, guests agree to your listing's cancellation policy and have had the opportunity to read through the policy in full before confirming their booking with you.
Depending on the timing of a guest's cancellation and the specific cancellation policy, your guest may not be eligible for a full refund. Read more about guest refunds here!
Airbnb's Cancellation Policies
Airbnb's Cancellation Policies are very clear in the event a guest cancels their stay, and we do not offer refunds outside of your listing's cancellation policies.
If guests have further questions about the details of the cancellation policy, they may contact Airbnb’s support team.
Never cancel if a guest asks you to, it could negatively impact your listing. Instead, have the guest cancel and contact Airbnb.
For Airbnb reservations between 1 and 27 nights
Loftium listings are set to the Moderate Cancellation policy.
For Airbnb reservations over 28 nights
Loftium listings are set to the Long Term Cancellation policy.
What can I tell my Airbnb guest if they need to cancel their booking?
I totally understand that plans can change, thanks for letting me know that you're unable to make your trip as planned. Once you cancel your reservation on your side, Airbnb will automatically refund you in line with my listing's policy. Loftium Stays Cancellation Policies
Loftium Stays guests may reach out directly to their booking contact at Loftium to alter or cancel their reservation. All Loftium Stays reservations have the following cancellation policy, agreed to by guests during their reservation process:
- If Guest requests cancellation more than seven days before the check-in time, Guest will receive a refund of the total cost of the Stay less a $100 cancellation fee.
- If Guest requests cancellation within seven days before check-in, the guest will receive a refund of 50% of the total Booking Fee.
