Book your guest space through Loftium to get a discounted rate: you’ll only cover the cost of the nightly rate with no added fees! Follow the steps below to reserve your guest space.

Heads up! Any unapproved blocked nights on your Airbnb calendar will result in a charge to you of the nightly Airbnb rate, plus an additional $25/night fee. Your Airbnb calendar is required to be open and available at all times, per the terms of your agreement with us.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let the Support Team know as soon as possible to ensure a full refund of your reservation:

  • Beyond 7 days, full refund
  • Within 7 days, 75% refund
  • After start date, no refund

Calculating the price for your Personal Reservation request

  1. Open your listing calendar on Airbnb
  2. Review the dates of your planned booking
  3. Add up the nightly rate
  4. Take a screenshot of the dates you'd like to book (you'll need this later!)

Pro tip! For your booking total, only add the nightly rate for the overnight dates you need to reserve the space for. With the example above, check-in will be the 20th and check-out will be the 22nd, so you'll pay the nightly cost of two nights - the 20th and 21st!

Submitting your Personal Reservation request

When you’re ready to book, complete the Personal Reservation form. For this you'll need a few things:

  • The dates you want to book
  • The number of nights
  • A screenshot of dates with the nightly price

Receive approval 🎉

A Loftium team member will confirm your reservation in the next 2-3 business days to approve your request. Most bookings are approved as long as your calendar is available!

Reminder: Guest Unit use during a personal booking must comply with rental agreement terms. The Guest Unit may not be used for unauthorized transactions such as off-platform hosting or renting to third-parties.

Finally, complete payment

Loftium will add the payment to your account, to be billed to the direct deposit account on file. This amount will be charged within 1-5 days of your request - there's no further action required on your part! You can also view this on your Loftium Dashboard, and choose to pay by credit/debit card there as well.
