Please use this resource as a reference to ensure your Airbnb settings stay compliant with Loftium's established settings.

Any settings not outlined here are "not set" and should remain disabled. Any other settings changes must be approved by Loftium before being altered by the host.

Settings are determined and set by Loftium, per the terms of our Rental Agreement. They may change from time to time in order to adapt to travel demand and to ensure your home's income is sustainable in the long run. You can think of settings as tools in our collective toolkit to make sure your listing is running in tip-top shape!

  • Recommendation from other hosts - Enabled
  • Pre-booking message - Set by host, optional

House Rules

  • Suitable for children
  • Not suitable for infants (2 years or under)
  • No smoking
  • No parties or events

Pets

  • If your lease allows pets, pets allowed may be denoted
  • If your lease does not allow pets, not suitable for pets will be marked

IMPORTANT: Assistance animals (service and emotional support) are always allowed in accordance with Airbnb's non-discrimination policy

Policies

  • Check-in window - After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out time - By 11:00 AM
  • Cancellation policy - Moderate

Pricing

All pricing settings (nightly rate, cleaning, maintenance, other fees) are managed by Loftium and should not be altered by the host.

  • Minimum stay - 3 nights, except for Sat (2 Nights)
  • Maximum stay - 30 nights

Reservation Preferences

  • Advance notice - 24 hours* Please note in the future as COVID rates decline, this setting will revert back to 'none'
  • Preparation time - none
  • Availability window - 3 months in advance

Settings for listings created prior to November 1, 2020:
Listings created before November 1st, 2020 may set both Advanced Notice and Preparation Time to 1 day through December 31st, 2020. Starting January 1st, 2021, Loftium will explore returning this setting back to 'none.'
