Loftium helps you streamline most of your guest communication through auto-messages. Your Loftium auto-messages send for the following events:

  • Check-in instructions
  • Check out instructions
  • Booking inquiries
  • Booking confirmation
  • Request for reviews

These are customizable from your Loftium Hosting Dashboard, under Guest Messages.

Sometimes you’ll need to answer a few questions from guests that aren’t addressed by your auto-messages. Be on the lookout for these during their stay, and answer as best you can with kindness and patience! A good rule of thumb to follow is to always answer in a tone that you would want to be on the receiving end of.
