That'd be awful! But the good news, it's very uncommon. You may not become the best of friends with every guest that stays, but in our experience, it's very rare to have a true bad apple.
Keep in mind that guests who book your unit know they are staying in someone’s home... this isn't a vacation party house in Napa! As such, they tend to be very respectful and they want good reviews from you, too!
In the extremely rare event that a guest exhibits bad behavior - the guest is excessively rude, very loud after listed ‘quiet hours’, or is unreasonably disruptive or messy - we encourage you to cancel their stay without penalty, and we can help you with that.
