Most hosting platforms require guest's to have verified identities. Additionally, guests will be notified of your house rules, must have a verified payment method on file and accept the platform's Terms of Service prior to booking. These processes weed out most bad apples.

However, if you do receive a booking from a guest who makes you uncomfortable and 1) your explanation for discomfort is reasonable and 2) it does not violate the hosting platform's anti-discrimination policy, Loftium can work with you on how to handle the guest's reservation.
