We get this question a lot - what if, despite your best efforts, your guest unit isn't getting booked or performing up to our expectations?

Don't worry! You still earn discounted rent. As long as you're still putting forth a good faith effort as a host - timely, friendly responses to guests, having the unit cleaned and guest-ready - you're not on the hook if, for whatever reason, your unit isn't getting booked.

Of course, it's in your best interest to go above and beyond so you'll get additional rent discounts, and we'll work with you to figure out ways to improve performance!
