We’re excited to announce a series of upgrades to your Hosting Dashboard designed to improve your experience as a Loftium host. Special thanks to those of you who provided feedback and input - you are what made these features possible!
New My Guests and Booking Details page
An Updated Dashboard
We’ve updated your Dashboard to show a more detailed breakdown of your rent savings each month, including all earned rent credits tied to each guest reservation. We also highlighted the Support Form to make it easier to get in touch. Plus, we've added your lease end date to better prepare for renewal conversations
New My Guests and Booking Details page
As promised in June, we’ve taken the first step towards centralizing all of your guest information in your Loftium Dashboard. These pages allow you to see information about all of your guests (regardless of whether they booked on Airbnb or Loftium Stays), including check-in and check out dates, your earnings, and contact information.
We’ll continue to build more functionality for you to interact with and manage bookings.
An Updated Payments page
By popular request, you can now view the full breakdown of your Rent Credit payouts and which reservations they’re connected to. Now you know exactly what your earnings are and when they’ll be applied!
