Are utilities included?
Utilities are included in all of our rentals, so no additional charges will be incurred.


Do we charge deposits?
No deposits are required! Please keep in mind that, per lease terms, we retain the right to charge for any damages that occur during your stay.


Will you have laundry access?
Units with washers and dryers are labeled and denoted on each listing. If you do not see a mention of a washer or dryer, there is not one available at this rental. In this case, you would need to utilize nearby laundry facilities.


Will your rental have a kitchen?
Units with full kitchens are labeled and denoted on each listing. At minimum, all of our listings include a microwave and mini-fridge.


Are pets allowed?
In general, we do not allow pets; however, pets can be allowed on a case-by-case basis. These may be subject to an additional deposit or charge. Please inquire at stays@loftium.com


What are the lease terms?
Leases are signed for a maximum length of one month and can be extended or renewed.


Are there credit or income requirements?
Background checks are performed on all renters prior to arrival date after a lease has been signed.


Is parking available?
Parking is limited to street parking unless otherwise denoted.

Can you tour the rental beforehand?
At this time, we do not allow properties to be toured beforehand.
